ESOL for Business and Science 

DESCRIPTION: This is a one-year full-time or part-time course which prepares speakers of other languages for entry to vocational qualifications or employment. The course consists of SQA units in ESOL (Intermediate 2 level), care skills in Information Technology and Numeracy and a general science unit. Learners may be presented for the SQA external examination for ESOL at Intermediate 2 level.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Learners will have achieved SQA Intermediate 1 ESOL or the equivalent. All learners will be tested at interview.

ESOL for Further and Higher Education

This full or part time one year programme at Intermediate 2 and Higher levels prepares speakers of other languages for study at NQ, HN and degree level.
