Faculty of Creative Arts, Sport and Well-being

Faculty Director: Mr Iain Abercrombie

Course delivery carried out within the Faculty of Creative Arts, Sport and Well-being is as diverse as the faculty name would suggest. The faculty provision ranges from Fashion, Jewellery, Music, Photography, Sound Production, Art, Health and Fitness, Sport Coaching / Development, Beauty Therapy and Support for Learning, with a host of related programmes in between.

Our faculty prides itself on being proactive to the needs of learners, as well as the respective industries and vocational  partners it serves, and in working to provide knowledgeable and employable staff. In addition, courses are structured to allow participants, whether school leavers or mature learners returning to education, to progress to degree level programmes, if they desire.

The diversity of the faculty also provides a vibrant addition to the general college life.

Having a variety of courses means a diverse learner population, including international, full-time, part-time and distance learner programmes, as well as placement opportunities within a chosen area of study, while still attending college. The staff  within the faculty are extremely helpful and highly motivated to provide programmes which, by including a variety of options, allow the learner to ‘tailor ‘ the course to their chosen career pathway.
