Vocational - Introductory Award in Leadership & Management (Level 3)

Description:This course will improve your skills and performance as a supervisor/manager. You will improve your skills in dealing with people and problems. Learn how to motivate, delegate and lead a team. This is an ideal course for those who are relatively new to supervising or managing people. It is also suitable for aspiring supervisors and managers.

Entry Requirements: None, but you should have the ability to analyse aspects of management practice, write reports and relate learning to the workplace.
